Spray Polyurethane Foam Systems Sprayed polyurethane roofing systems have been engineered to provide a superior energy-efficient, long-lasting roof for any building. Foam is so lightweight – about eight ounces per square foot – it can be applied over most existing roof systems without exceeding the structural load capacity. Conklin’s foam systems have met the most stringent requirements for a variety of industry groups, such as Factory Mutual, Underwriters’ Laboratories, and are recognized by the International Conference of Building Officials. EPDM/Modified Bitumen Recoating System With Conklin’s innovative roof recoating systems, you can actually extend the life of your existing EPDM or Modified Bitumen roofing system and save on energy costs at the same time. These systems are an effective and economical alternative to a complete tear off or re-roofing project. The EPDM/Modified Bitumen Recoating Systems consist of a three step process: WAC II roofing surface cleaner, Conklin Tack Coat surface primer and Conklin’s proven Rapid Roof® III reflective top coat. Used together as a system, these products allow you to fix leaks in your existing EPDM and Modified Bitumen roofs instead of replacing them. In fact, Conklin coating systems are sustainable indefinitely with periodic recoats. The light colored coating of Rapid Roof III top coat reflects 84 percent of the sun’s energy from your EPDM or Modified Bitumen roof, compared to only five to seven percent of typical dark-colored roofs. The Conklin EPDM and Modified Bitumen Recoating Systems extend the life of your roof by shielding it from those UV harmful rays, resulting in less shrinkage, reduced ultraviolet degradation and thus fewer leaks. The high reflectivity also lowers the temperature of your roof by as much as 30-50 degrees, which means less money spent cooling your building! Single Ply Systems Hy-Crown Hypalon Hy-Crown is a superior quality single-ply roofing membrane made of high-quality Hypalon synthetic rubber made by DuPont. For over 25 years, Hypalon has been setting the standard for single-ply roofing. Conklin’s Hy-Crown demonstrates excellent performance in both new construction and reroof applications. The Conklin Hy-Crown single-ply system has proven its durability in the harshest environments. Hy-Crown provides superior protection to a broad range of chemicals along with ultraviolet and ozone resistance. In addition, the white surface of the Hy-Crown membrane provides outstanding reflectivity and emissivity compared to dark-colored roofing materials. The high reflectivity will reduce the cost of cooling the building’s interior. Certain state and local governments offer incentives for the installation of light colored roofing to aid in reduction of energy consumption. Hy-Crown has a reflectance value of 85 percent. Flexion® CPA Membrane Flexion® is an excellent choice for both new and re-roofing applications. In addition, the membrane can be mechanically fastened, fully adhered or ballasted, giving you the flexibility in all types of application scenarios. With an 83 percent solar reflectivity, Flexion’s Energy Star approved membrane provides fantastic protection from the elements and keeps you comfortable inside even when the weather is not cooperating outside. Flexion is available in white, 72″x100′ rolls. Hy-Vac Hy-Crown Vacuum Secured Single-Ply Roofing System Wind-induced uplift can be a problem for single-ply roof systems. The Conklin Hy-Vac turbine vent roof system employs a series of strategically placed wind driven vents throughout the roof system to create a vacuum. Conklin’s Hy-Crown Hypalon single-ply is mechanicaly attached to the building structure along the perimeter of the roof. Vacuum producing Hy-Vac vents are installed at key locations on the roof surface. When the wind blows, the Hy-Vac vents create a vacuum, or negative pressure, from beneath the Hy-Crown membrane that pulls the single-ply membrane down. The stronger the wind velocity, the greater the negative pressure under the membrane, thus securing the membrane tighter to the roof deck. Hypalon is a registered trademark of DuPont for chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE). 
Fabric Reinforced Systems A fabric-reinforced ply system combines the leak-resistant seamless membrane of a liquid-applied system with the toughness and a tensile strength of a single-ply system. The reinforced fabric gives extra strength to the finished watertight coating membrane without adding significant weight. With its reflective, energy-saving white top coat, your finished ply system stands up against tough weather and offers strong long-lasting protection.

In addition to outstanding prot ection against water penetration, the Metal Roofing System extends the life of your roof by resisting weather extremes and reduces air conditioning costs by reflecting the sun’s harmful rays. 
Climatuff Roof Systems for Manufactured Homes With Climatuff, your roof is protected with a 1-1/2″ layer of high quality insulation covered by an extremely durable membrane made of Hypalon. The easy-to-install, Climatuff Hypalon roofing system kit is custom made and secured to the roof with a unique metal framing system. It is maintenance-free, quiet (even in the worst of storms) and will add value to your home. Once installed, your home will be cooler and your heating and cooling costs will be significantly reduced. The kit does not include insulation.
