Warranty & Service Contracts
Manufacturer guarantees the products to be free from any defects for a 10 year period or they will replace 100% of the material. Our labor is not covered to replace defective material unless a joint warranty is purchased. Joint warranties are available for purchase and include the cost of labor in the case that there is defective material applied. Material warranty is not pro-rated. We guarantee our workmanship to be free of error and that no leaks will occur due to incorrect application during the 10 year period. We will inspect the roof semi-annually free of charge. 10 year full service contracts are also available. The full service contracts will include yearly inspections, cleanings and minor repairs to the coatings system. Maintaining the system on a regular basis will allow you to achieve the highest energy performance benefits and help to extend the life expectancy of your new roofing system. The following is a list of our current pricing and would be locked in for the life of the contract. Service Details 10 Year Service Plan Includes yearly inspections, cleanings, and minor repairs. Semi Annual Service Plan Includes Semi Annual inspections, cleanings, and minor repairs. Total System Warranty Includes Yearly Inspections, cost of labor to replace defective material, & cost to replace damaged substrate. Joint Warranty Includes Yearly Inspections, the cost of labor in the case that material is defective. Recoat Warranty Includes yearly inspections , top coat only - 5 years, base & top coat 10 years, repair terms of the original warranty Roof Cleaning The cost of a cleaning without a service plan warranty. Basic Warranty Includes semi annual inspections, material for 10 years, and 2 years of minor repairs. Total System Warranty
